About World Tourism Forum

World Tourism Forum is an international organisation based in Istanbul (VIP Organizasyon A.Ş. & Group HBS Ltd. & Global Partners), dedicated to the research and development of solutions to the new era of travel.World Tourism Forum has been restructured in cooperation with Global Partners in 2019. New President of World Tourism Forum shall be leading global team.


The World Tourism Forum, or WTF for short, is an international research institute and a collaboration platform focused on addressing the challenges for the travel industry. Combining the joint efforts of government agencies, industry stakeholders and academia, WTF strives to achieve sustainable development models for emerging travel markets, as well as devising strategies to ensure tourism growth.


World Tourism Forum organizes several initiatives aiming to promote the hosting country internationally. World Tourism Forum organizes select activities designed to strengthen the country’s branding abroad.


World Tourism Forum also plays a leading role in attracting foreign direct investment to the target country, by working to identify business opportunities, promoting strategic events and lending support to foreign investors willing to allocate resources in target country.
